ABOUT THE ROLE


This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as our first Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders)

If you enjoy building strong recruiting structures while rolling up your sleeves and executing operational recruiting, then this is the perfect fit for you. You will be working closely with the COO and People Team and your manager will be Carl.

Play an impactful role in the success of BEAT81, enabling the growth of our teams and having a direct impact on our most important assets: our people.

Berlin (fully remote not possible)

You will be working on:
  • You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating compelling job ads to negotiating contracts, always in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.

  • Actively identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and empowering hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions will be part of your daily activities.

  • As part of our TA strategy, you will further develop and strengthen our employer brand through crafting campaigns and utilizing innovative channels, to showcase BEAT81as an attractive employer and attract top talent.

  • You will optimize and expand our operational processes to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

  • Leveraging modern HR tools and technologies, you will streamline and enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process. We work with Teamtailor, Personio and LinkedIn Lite.




ABOUT YOU
  • You bring substantial experience in recruiting with a track record of successfully hired talents. Experience within scale up environments is a plus.

  • Your strong suit is identifying potential and engaging with top talents.

  • You know LinkedIn very well and you have used it for Active Sourcing on a regular basis.

  • You have experience in implementing Employer Branding initiatives that foster a strong reach and persuasion.

  • You are structured and organized, capable of managing multiple recruitment projects in a dynamic environment.

  • You are fluent in English, and ideally, also proficient in German.
